Published rates for DIO SYMPOSIUM IN LAS VEGAS during May 8, 2014 to May 12, 2014 include ONLY the items listed below at Single and Double Occupancy basis:

• Cost of attendance to lectures and select meals on May 10, 2014 and May 11, 2014,
• Cost of standard hotel room stay at Mandalay Bay Report or at a hotel of similar standard for the number of nights selected.
• Daily Resort Fee of $25.00 plus the current Clark County room tax of 12% (subject to change) for the number of nights selected. This fee includes for Mandalay Bay Resorts reservations:
• In-Room wireless internet
• Cardio center admission (does not include Spa access)
• Daily newspaper
• Local and toll-free number calls
• Outgoing faxes at the Hotel Business Center
• Boarding pass printing at the Hotel Business Center
• Resort fee and Inclusions are subject to change without notice.

Additional attendees and guests to the Symposium lectures and meals are subject to additional charges per person.

Additional bed charges are $35 per night.

Mini bar, room service, laundry, massage, business center, restaurants and other personal services charges are not included in the Published Rates for DIO SYMPOSIUM IN LAS VEGAS and should be paid by the attendee at own expense.

Individual attendees have the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.  Depending on the method of deposit or guarantee, Hotel shall charge the individual attendee or bill the Master Account the first night’s guest room/suite rate and tax for cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.  Any remaining nights of a “no show” reservation will be canceled.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for online orders. We cannot complete COD or cash/check orders online. For your safety and protection, credit card information and other sensitive data is encrypted for transmission over the internet. All orders are confirmed during your online session.

 A confirmation number will be issued at the end of the ordering process and displayed on screen. You should wait to see this number on screen to be certain that your order was submitted successfully. Subsequently, we will send an email to the address associated with the account.
